The People of Vancouver

Considering that this is a relatively new town (established in 1886), the original inhabitants were of Irish, German, British and Scottish origin, but today, that’s a whole different story. Nowadays majority of the inhabitants do not speak English while 30% are of Asian Origin. Everyone has learnt to live together in harmony making the city more linguistically diverse. This is a city for everyone and anyone.

Where to Go while in Vancouver

What can we say, basically the whole city is an attraction, well, give or take a few not so attractive spots. Otherwise, if you are in Vancouver, you might want to consider going for some ice-skating in the many all year ice skating rinks available.  http://vancouver.ca/parks-recreation-culture/ice-rinks.aspx . You may also want to visit the Vancouver Aquarium, http://www.vanaqua.org/ especially ideal on rainy days. You could also consider a visit to the Grouse Mountain for some snowboarding, skiing and all other winter sports.
